Self-ship: In case your area pincode is not eligible for “Pick-up” mode then, please self-ship the product to our Returns desk.Please pack the product and ensure product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No and Return id on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. We will send you a confirmation as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on App/Website.

If the payment mode was Cash On Delivery (COD) or any other mode we will refund the money in baanisa Wallet, which can be used for any purchases on baanisa.com OR can be transferred to the Bank Account. User would need to add bank account details and then initiate transfer from wallet. Refund amount in processing charge will be (5% GST As per invoice , 2% payment Gateway/Cash Handling Charge , + Rs.175 Return Reverse Pickup Charge ) As per Company Policy apply. Typically refunds take 3-5 Business days to get reflected in Bank Account.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
